Tramlines filled with snow in the Ebble Valley, Wiltshire.

I’m interested in tracking down the location of some old photographs. As they are, more often than not, urban, there are a few clues in the pictures, but nothing definitive like a street name or a phone number above a shop. Here’s the first - taken by my late father in the early 60s. It’s somewhere in Dorset or elsewhere in Wessex or the Westcountry, it was during some kind of PIlgrim Rally-type qualifying event (that’s his MG in shot), but exactly where were the shots taken?
